Do you know the feeling of being completely in the moment? That’s what I experience when I dance. Although it’s still a bit harder for me to dance with a partner than alone, it’s fun and creates a connection through the music. 🎶

What’s special about dancing is that you don’t have time to think about anything else. You are forced to be in the here and now. In the picture, I am dancing with my teacher, Manuela in her Salsa class. She is full of energy, a mother and a successful businesswoman. It’s great to dance with her. 🕺🏻💃🏻
.
At 20, I lived alone in Tokyo and went to HipHop clubs every weekend. 🇯🇵 I met many people and immersed myself in a new subculture.
Once, I found myself at a girls breakdance battle deep underground at three in the morning. The entrance was in a bridge pillar. I believe I was the only foreigner there. It was simply great. 🤩
.
In Japan, I often had difficulties in everyday life; conflicts were not uncommon in my work week. When I was sad, I would walk through the city at night, meeting dancers in front of glowing facades and in subway stations. 🚇
.
This feeling is still inside me. One of the best times I had was with Mori-San and Miyoshi-San in Kamakura. I am eternally grateful that they took me in, the crazy foreigner, into their surfer shared house. It was a fantastic time with you. Thank you. 🙏🏼
.

The Transformer Canvas - aka the Four Actions Framework operates under the belief that it can be more valuable to develop a new market for a products rather than taking on well-established competitors in an already existing market. 📈📊

The Transformer canvas helps you step out of the box and look at your product or service from a different angle. 🔭 
.
🔐 You will be required to ask yourself four sets of key questions: 
1. Eliminate: What things can we get rid of that the industry thinks are necessary but aren’t really helping customers anymore? This might be features or aspects of the product that aren’t adding value.
2. Reduce: Are there things we’re doing too much of? Maybe we’re spending too much money on something that doesn’t really make the product better. We need to cut back on those things.
3. Increase what is there: What are customers missing out on because the industry standard is too low? We should aim to improve those areas to give customers more value.
4. Create something new: Are there entirely new things we can offer that nobody else is doing? This could be something customers didn’t even know they wanted until we offer it.

Workshops: At partnaer, our goal is to comprehend your business concerns and generate value by facilitating a collaborative 5 workshop. Our team works alongside yours to identify and resolve the challenges your organisation faces, resulting in customised solutions tailored to meet your specific needs.

Coaching: At partnaer, we offer a dedicated coaching program for your team, designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional service to both your organisation and project. Our coaching sessions run over a 6 day period each month for a duration of 6 to 12 months. By engaging in our coaching program, your team members will have the opportunity to enhance their performance and productivity, and facilitating the achievement of your company’s goals and objectives.
