In this README I show you how to realise your personal projects in the most effective way.
You know how it is, so many things need to be done at once.
Often it is difficult for us in our private lives, as well as in our professional lives, to keep track of big tasks and goals. But it can be very easy to implement them in an organised and structured way.
You will now be introduced to PERSONAL KANBAN with an example. You can apply the process one-to-one to your studies, training and further studies. Let’s start.
1️⃣ In the beginning we had to make the goal (mission) clear.
In our example this is the successful submission of a doctorate degree (PhD) of my girlfriend
2️⃣ In the next step we organised pens, colourful posters and a large piece of brown-paper. We hung up the brown-paper in the study room, where it can be seen daily.
3️⃣ In the final stage we organised the workflows and work packages.
We worked out the following four points in sequence: 🎁 PRODUCT MAP
The roadmap of the process towards the goal (rough structure) 📌 PRORDUCT BACKLOG
A collection of tasks that need to be done 🖍 HORIZON BOARD
The structure of the work packages within a time line 🗒 TASK BOARD
Including the three columns ToDo, Doing and Done

You have seen how PERSONAL KANBAN helps you to keep track of personal projects and to achieve big goals more effectively. What is currently your most important personal project? You should start with exactly this one.
Now you know how it works. Just give it a try.
Have fun 🏄🏽,
Roman
