This video is a recording of my lecture at the University of Cape Town on the 12th of March 2021. Due to COVID, the session has been remote. However, over 75 students joined and we talked together about „Why Agile Alone Will Fail?“

What will you see in this video? I give a short overview of agile and agile frameworks in general. You get some insights on scrum, kanban, and more. After this, we dive into the problems and challenges I see with the implementation of agile frameworks. You will learn what HIPPOs and feature factories are. After we understood the problem, we will see how value can be created in our current world. You will learn what VUCA means and how dynamic robust companies can help. At the end I give six tips from the field on how to focus on outcome and value for the customer.
